TOP WW participant 2026

TOP Winter Week is Tilburg University’s winter introduction week for new incoming students. This year’s TOP Winter Week is scheduled from Tuesday, January 20, through Thursday, January 22, 2026. TOP Winter Week is the perfect opportunity to get to know your fellow students as well as the city and everything it has to offer, enabling you to familiarize yourself with all the fun aspects of student life in Tilburg.

Participant registration

For € 50, you will have access to all events during TOP Winter Week: you can attend activities and parties and you will receive a TOP goodie bag. All dinners during TOP Winter Week are also included. Please note that breakfast, lunch, and drinks are not included in this price.

Charity

Each year, TOP selects a charity to support. This year’s charity is KWF (The Dutch cancer society), an organization dedicated to combating and preventing cancer through scientific research and improving the quality of life for patients and their families. Make your voice heard and help ensure that cancer patients' survival rates are increased and that better care is available. Support the KWF with a small donation! Restitution?

If you have registered for TOP Winter Week but decide not to participate, you need to cancel your registration, by sending an e-mail to topregistratie@tilburguniversity.edu. If you do so before December 29, 2025, your registration fee will be reimbursed in full. If you cancel from December 29, 2025 onwards, up until January 12, 2026, half the registration fee will be reimbursed. If you cancel after January 12, 2026, we will unfortunately not be able to reimburse you.
